You must register for the free Rookie access level to view your data.  

 

Use the same login credentials you used for your camp registration to get access to your UCVerified data.

 

Your data will not be available in the app until AFTER camp. Use the Sample Athlete in the meantime to explore app features. You will receive an e-mail alert and push notification when your data is ready (approximately 7 days after camp).

Customer support is available for both athletes and parents.

 

Login Access 

 

  1. Double check your e-mail and password for extra spaces, spelling errors, and capitalization. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  2. Reset your password.
    1. Tap forgot password
    2. Open PlayerFirst
    3. Enter the email/username/phone associated with your PlayerFirst account
    4. Click use password
    5. Click I forgot my password
    6. Verify your identity
    7. Click reset password now button
    8. Enter new password
    9. Confirm new password
    10. Click reset password button
  3. Confirm you're using the correct account. You should be using the same e-mail you entered when signing up. All family members should be using the same username and password to log in.
  4. Check your internet connection.

Athlete Data

 

If you believe your data is incorrect, contact UCVerified Support. Make sure to include the athlete’s name, the camp attended, and which metrics are incorrect or missing.
